Meet The Team

Jody, co owner of iMassage in Layton and Logan Utah

Jody

Hi, my name is Jody. I am the owner of iMassage and a licensed Massage Therapist, a CranioSacral Therapist, and I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist. I specialize in deep tissue and relaxation massage along with profound body and mind relaxation. Deep relaxation massage, whether it be deep pressure or gentle pressure, is my passion whether it be on adults, teens, the elderly, or even infants. Using all of these techniques in a massage session promotes and aids in healing all areas of the body as well as the mind.

iMassage started out as a one room rented basement and now has become a well known and respected place of healing.

I am a wife and mother of 15 very unique individuals ranging in age from age 7 years to 31 years old. My devotion and love of helping others lead me to this area of expertise. I have worked alongside chiropractors and in the corporate sector, and I have taught at the Renaissance Collage of Therapeutic Massage Therapy.

Carol, co owner of iMassage in Layton and Logan Utah.

Carol

My passion for massage therapy begins with a desire to help my clients relieve stress and be as pain free as possible. Stress to the body caused by injury or day-to-day activities can often be relieved or greatly reduced through various massage techniques. My specialties include:

  • Relaxation massage for adults and children
  • Headaches/Migraine relief through massage on the shoulders and neck area as well as light massage of the scalp, face, and jaw.
  • Lymphatic massage, especially following surgery procedures such as liposuction
  • TMJ massage and release (including inner mouth work)
  • Craniosacral therapy for adults and children

I graduated from the Renaissance Collage of Therapeutic Massage Therapy in 2018 and have since taken advanced courses in craniosacral therapy, lymphatic massage, and TMJ neuromuscular therapy.

Burgandy

I have always had a curiosity for the body and how it works. I love being able to work with clients to achieve a healthy body. • Structural Integration Massage

Tani

Hi, my name is Tani and I love my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I believe that healing is a process of incorporating wholeness in body, mind and spirit. Nothing achieves this as well as Massage Therapy. I am excited to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through Therapeutic Massage. I am trained in many modalities including: relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, trigger point, lymphatic, craniosacral, and meridian massage. I have been trained in Burn and Scar tissue massage and am also a Reiki Master. I graduated from Bridgerland Technical College in July 2022.

My life outside of massage includes being married to the man of my dreams, mother to seven incredible children, and Nana to the two most adorable grandbabies the world has ever seen! I love being outdoors, spending time with my family, practicing yoga and qigong, traveling, and dancing with my husband.

Kaitlin

Hi, I’m Kaitlin!

I love to help my clients be their best selves. Whether it be by relieving chronic pain, getting some much needed relaxation, achieving balance of the mind and body, or healing from an injury. I am trained in many modalities of massage including: deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, cupping, relaxtion massage, reflexology, and hot stone.

I believe that massage can give the attention the body needs to encourage it to heal on its own in many ways, and can help one regain trust in one’s body. I believe a session shouldn’t be limited to only one modality and will form a treatment plan around my client’s needs.

When I am not providing massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband, going to hot air balloon festivals, eating all the Hawaiian shaved ice I can get my hands on, growing my herb garden, and cooking delicious recipes.

Nora

My mission for massage is to help people feel their best, in both their body and mind. With today’s busy world, self-care is so important and I believe that massage therapy is one of the greatest ways to heal. I enjoy being to meet and learn from clients because we are all different and unique. I am educated in many massage modalities such as:

  • Relaxation
  • Deep Tissue
  • Craniosacral
  • Reflexology
  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Hot Stones

Nea

My name is Nea. I was born and raised in Cache Valley. Growing up I knew that I’ve wanted to help heal people, but the traditional medical fields didn’t quiet resonate with me. As I got older, I discovered that I have a natural and intuitive soothing touch; then I discovered massage therapy. I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in December of 2022. I have loved every session thus far.

I am proficient in traditional sweedish massage, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, structural intergration, myofacial release, hot stones, craniosacral and reiki. I use a blend of the clients needs, complaints and my intuition to provide the best experience for the client. I believe that massage is healing for everyone and I strive to make my massages a safe place for all walks of life.
